I paid way too much for this. The quality feels cheap, and it looks nothing like the pictures, which is ridiculous for the price. I definitely wouldn’t buy from veaul again.

Dealing with their emails was just frustrating. I asked simple questions, but the replies were slow, unclear, and sometimes didn’t even line up with each other. It felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get a straight answer. If you’re trying to save time, I’d be careful here.

It looked different from what I thought I was getting. The design was just way off, like really not close to what I expected

Am I the only one who expected the tailoring to be better? The seams on my dress were crooked, and the sleeves didn’t even match each other. It looked like it was rushed, and for what I paid, it just wasn’t worth it.

Am I the only one who gets extra anxious when tracking just stops updating? I ordered from veaul.com, and at first it showed my order had shipped, but then there were no updates for days, which was frustrating.

At that point I was too tired of chasing it. Super frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t order custom from them again.
